The group has been involved in many past projects, either independently or in various joint ventures; Chisholm shopping centre, Erindale shopping centre, G & L warehouse, Temora shopping centre, Kippax Supa Barn, Cannons Batemans Bay, Flax house in Tuggeranong centre and the construction of 2 Shell service stations in Tuggeranong and the BP service station in Chisholm.
The family group bought the Melbourne building and refurbished the building in 1999. The Sutherland was refurbished by the group which included a new building added to the apartments that where refurbished and townhouses in Garran.
Our current project is the Belconnen Markets extensions 1, 2 & 3.
Belconnen Markets 1ST Choice Liquor stage 1, building 2 will include 6-8 various stores Stage 3. Mitchell Business Park (distribution centre Target), and a certified 5 star green building location TBA.
